Vincent C. Mueller wrote his PhD on the realism debates in contemporary philosophy ("Realism and Reference") and edited a collection of papers by Hilary Putnam on the subject. He has published a number of articles connected to these issues and to the philosophy of computing. He co-edited several bibliographies and lexica. Mueller also works as a computer programmer and runs a web site (http://www.typos.de). Dr. Müller is the coordinator of the "2nd European Network for the Advancement of Artificial Cognitive Systems, Interaction and Robotics" (EUCogII).
