Redna vadba meditacije kot globokega počitka v budnem stanju prinaša sprostitev in notranji mir ter razvija zbranost, čuječnost in duševno ravnovesje. Na delavnici se bomo naučili in praktično izvedli enostavno, vendar zelo učinkovito tehniko meditacije samoanalize. Po izvedbi se bomo pogovorili o izkušnjah in oblikovali priporočila za redno vadbo.
