Rok Habinc began his career in a family-run company engaged in international trade of IT and other technological equipment. Upon returning from the US in 1999, he joined the Aktiva MAI consulting company, a member of the Aktiva Group. He ran projects relating to the acquisition and sale of companies operating in the financial services, packaging, telecommunications, and IT sectors.
