Qiong Fang is currently a third-year Ph.D student of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering in the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Her supervisor is Professor Wilfred Siu Hung Ng.

Qiong got her bachelor's degree and master's degree from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China.
