Učinkovito odzivanje v stresu. Učinkovito samoobvladanje. Obvladovanje misli, občutkov in vedenja ali misli. Prepoznavanje stresa. Spoprijemanje z njim. Sprostitvene tehnike pri odstranjevanju stresa. Pozitivni samogovor – pozitivne misli. Uporaba tehnik biofeedbacka in samonadzora.
