Iz ranjenih odnosov v kolektivu se rojevajo najtežje zgodbe, ki lahko ogrozijo prihodnost podjetja in s tem prihodnost vseh, ki s podjetjem živijo. Da bi lahko pomagali ranjenemu kolektivu, moramo najprej pomagati vodstvu, da spozna resnične vzroke in se nanje odzove z ustreznimi sistemskimi rešitvami, ki praviloma in v prvi vrsti terjajo spremembo vodenja in organizacijske kulture.
