The success and failure of the company is primarily the success and failure of management, the other day I read about the appointment of Daniel Gordon https://www.streetinsider.com/PRNewsw... and this is the right decision. If the company operates poorly and unprofitably, it means that its managers do not pay attention to fluctuations in consumer demand and do not respond quickly to market demands. "To act with lightning speed" means to make quick decisions aimed at ensuring the leading position of the firm in the market, which is ultimately associated with continuous innovation.
