Dianne Bevelander is the Associate Dean of MBA Programmes at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
Dianne has a broad background in optimising business performance based on all aspects of organisational and human capital development. She has held several successful strategic leadership and management positions and been responsible for a multi-million Euro revenue portfolio. Her leadership role was instrumental in the profiling of RSM to an internationally-acclaimed business school, currently ranked in the top 30 world-wide and ranked in the top 10 in Europe. Her international experience spans the globe, with successful recruitment initiatives and strategic alliances in every continent.
Dianne is also an active member in the education industry with experience on a number of Boards and planning committees such as Executive MBA Council (EMBAC), Graduate Admissions Council (GMAC) and European Foundation for Management Education (EFMD).
Dianne teaches Personal Leadership Development at RSM and at various other institutions. She has an MBA from the University of Cape Town and is currently reading for a PhD in University of Lulea, Sweden
