Description
After a brief introduction to the use of machine learning in computational biology, we focus on the problem of biological networks inference. We define the problem as a problem of kernel learning using prediction in kernelized output spaces. Methods based on Output kernel Tree are presented to solve the problem. Results on two benchmarks are shown.

hi,
It's knowledgible about these vedeo lectures, but how to download them for viewing offline.Awaiting reply
You can grab these videos with only one software "Replay Media Catcher". It is a proprietary software. But you can download the cracked version from "www.torrentz.com". But can't download these videos unless and otherwise you have a good streaming & a high bandwidth. Each of these lectures take 150-309 Mb. Almost impossible; because, even a small interruption can ruin your download...!!
Slides of presentation are not visible in video and are not available for download, so it's hard to follow lecture.
