Improving the Gaussian Process Sparse Spectrum Approximation by Representing Uncertainty in Frequency Inputs

Standard sparse pseudo-input approximations to the Gaussian process (GP) cannot handle complex functions well. Sparse spectrum alternatives attempt to answer this but are known to over-fit. We suggest
