Description

This talk was given in occasion of the Honorary Doctorate degree in Neuroscience awarded by the International School for Advanced Studies (SISSA) in Trieste, Italy on 17th September, 2012. The Minimalist Program is a linguistic theory which originated from an almost forty year long tradition of generative linguistics. It was conceived and was initiated by Noam Chomsky.

I would have loved to be able to watch this video but, unfortunately, it was not subtitled. Please consider having the videos subtitled in order to provide access to all who wish to view the video.

@Sandra - I completely agree with you, its much easier to understand the speakers if subtitles are available. Let me check what we can do about this asap.

Let me stress that we are also involved in the Translectures project (http://www.translectures.eu/) which will in the future enable us to automatically produce subtitles.

Regrettably, I was unable to watch the video since it lacked subtitles. I kindly suggest adding subtitles to the videos to ensure that everyone who wishes to view them can access them. It's interesting, like the games from Belatra by https://casinohex.org/casinos/belatra... where there are many interesting things.

thank you for this conversation. i believe this knowledge can be used universally. for instance, we sometimes use it on our website, like here https://polskie.kasynaonline-pl.com/k.... But there are many other ways that you can use AI to create content. However, I don't think it is sufficient enough
