About
Starting with an overview of the status of women in science, business and politics, this conference provided general reflections on gender, science, business and politics and an opportunity to share and learn from successful strategies/programmes implemented by countries, as well as from unsuccessful attempts, that address barriers to women science, business and politics.
Speakers, all distinguished authorities from different fields, presented the current status of gender issues at their working environment, policies and actions that are in place, problems women are facing and potential solutions.
The workshop is aimed at preparing a final document that will describe the state of the art, shared view on the problem domain and present the potential solutions that will be communicated to stakeholders.
