Computers are used in increasingly diverse ways in Mathematics and the Physical and Life Sciences. This workshop aims to bring together researchers in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Sciences to explore the links between their disciplines and to encourage new collaborations.
The main topics of the workshop are: Visualization of Graphs Visualization of Texts Visualization in Science (chemistry, biology, ...) User Interfaces Social networks, Gender issues, Cultural differences The workshop will combine tutorials, invited talks, reviewed papers and time for informal discussions.
