Description

When individuals are a subject of research it is important to be familiar with legal and ethical obligations related to personal information. Special attention should be paid to the consent for participation in a study, obtained from study participants. The anonymization procedure and different access regimes, which should be determined when data are offered in open access, were also presented.


Kadar v raziskavi preučujemo posameznike, je potrebno poznati pravne in etične obveznosti, vezane na osebne podatke. Posebna pozornost je namenjena privolitvi k sodelovanju v raziskavi, ki jo izkaže udeleženec raziskave. Predstavljen je tudi postopek anonimizacije ter različni režimi dostopa, ki jih je smiselno določiti, kadar podatke dajemo v odprti dostop.
