The Web of today is near the edge of its utility. Information sources and services are increasingly fragmented and plentiful, Google's metaphor of a page and a link is outdated. Web 2.0 is over. The talk will review some of the fresh concepts such as subjective relevance, user-centric data management, individual reputation and outline how those are applied to the upcoming Noovo platform.
