Yoav Andrew Leitersdorf, an entrepreneur and venture capitalist who founded, grew and sold three successful startups discusses his experiences with his own companies and some issues that have been plaguing venture capital financing since the last bubble burst. He then discusses his firm's innovative approach to financing which involves calibrating investments to today's capital efficient startups and widening the exit window down to short-term, medium-size exits.
