The main idea is to combine the goals of a particular specialist with the general goals of the organization . Thus, the employee's desire to earn more will logically intertwine with the desire to quickly and efficiently do their job.

I think it's much more convenient to use a mobile application for various payments, for example! It is very convenient and simple and you can use your phone for different payments! Once I had to go to the bank in order to make a financial transfer of money and it took a very long time! Now I can send money in 1 minute!
