The paper discusses group decision making as a way of managing decision knowledge. Described are pros and cons of group decision making. Special emphasis is given to the leveraging of different interests and possibilities of formulating a joint decision. Available methods and techniques together with a properly organized group work can make a substantial contribution.

This keynote talk was a part of the 29th International Conference on Organizational Science Development "People and Organization" and was recorded by Branislav Šmitek.

Business owners and Agency clients who decide to create a website and promote their business online often face the fact that it takes quite a long time to expect results from promotion in search engines. The fact is that search engines have certain algorithms by which they evaluate new sites. In some cases, it is almost impossible to influence the work of these algorithms: it only takes time and constant work of SEO specialists on the project.
