V prvem delu smo predstavili meditacijo kot tehniko za raziskovanje zavesti ter najnovejša znanstvena dognanja o učinkih meditacije na telo, psiho in življenje človeka. V drugem delu smo se naučili in praktično izvedli zelo učinkovito tehniko meditacije samoanalize.

Vsebina je namenjena študentom, raziskovalcem, profesorjem in vsem, ki skrbimo za osebni duhovni razvoj.
