There is a problem about the necessity and expediency of education of adults, the essence of the solution of which depends on the interpretation of this category. "If education is understood as the impact on the individual in order to form the necessary qualities of an educator, university, society, the answer can only be negative. If the creation of conditions for self-development of personality in the course of higher education, the answer should be unequivocally positive. I am writing an essay on this topic together with - I was interested to hear it.
