About
Held just once every three years, Convocation is a unique celebration of the thought leadership that is the lifeblood of MIT Sloan. This year, over 600 alumni and guests from all academic programs returned to campus to reconnect with the School and each other both intellectually and personally. Attendees took part in a series of academic presentations and discussions with top business leaders, alumni, and MIT faculty.
Convocation 2005 was particularly exciting, as it marked the anniversary of the founding of two programs that have shaped the School's history and identity — the MIT Sloan Fellows Program, founded 75 years ago, and the Management of Technology Program, founded 25 years ago.
