Thank you for sharing this. It seems to me that now this is one of our most important tasks. Because now absolutely all segments of the population and any age category of people are subject to stress. With the spread of the coronavirus, we are all now in a state of stress, because our life has changed a lot and it is unlikely that it will return to its former course. Because of this, both the study and work of many people have often changed for the worse and we need to learn how to control ourselves and cope with such situations. Although this was an outrageous situation, we can at least control our reaction to it.
