hii, video lectures are good and given by brilliant people but what is the benifit if one can not access them? you should provide the download link so that any interested person can download it and can watch them at any time. you should go for the technique as done by the NPTEL (an IIT's and IISC initiatives). they provide the download link for all lectures.
